Our manufacturing process begins with top-grade HR Coils sourced from trusted steel producers. The material is precisely slitted, edge-prepared, and shaped into a circular form using advanced forming rolls. High-frequency induction welding is employed to join the edges seamlessly, creating a strong, uniform structure without the use of filler metal. The welded tubes are then cooled, cut to the required length, and inspected to meet strict quality standards.
