We source premium HR Coils from reputed steel producers, which are then slitted, edge-prepared, and progressively formed into the desired hollow shape—Rectangular, Square, or Circular—using advanced forming rolls. High-frequency induction welding ensures seamless fusion of edges without filler material, resulting in a strong and flawless structure. The tubes are then cooled, cut to precision, and undergo stringent quality checks to meet industry standards.

To enhance longevity and protection, the tubes undergo Hot-Dip Galvanization, where they are coated with a protective layer of zinc. This process ensures resistance against rust, moisture, and harsh environmental conditions, making them ideal for applications such as:
