MS Steel Tubes

ESSAAR Industries Pvt. Ltd. specializes in manufacturing high-quality M.S. Steel Tubes using ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) technology. We source premium HR Coils from trusted steel producers, ensuring durability and strength in our products. The raw material undergoes precise slitting and edge preparation before being gradually shaped into a circular form through a series of advanced forming rolls.

The welding process is carried out using high-frequency induction welding, which fuses the edges seamlessly without requiring any filler material. If necessary, the internal weld bead is removed to ensure a smooth finish. Once the welding is complete, the tubes are cooled, cut to the desired length, and undergo stringent quality checks to meet the required roundness and diameter specifications.

To enhance durability and protection, our steel tubes can be treated with surface finishes such as Hot Dipped Galvanizing or Varnishing, depending on customer requirements. We offer these tubes with bevel ends, plain ends, or threaded with screwed and socketed options to meet diverse industrial applications.
